There are over 4000 Dental Therapists registered in the UK and I believe they are under-utilised in general dental practice.

Arrange a zoom call for a consultation: here we will explore your current set up, the staff and opportunities you have as well as your goals both immediate and long term.
In-house training
Time to meet with your clinicians and staff, create live protocols that can be implemented straight away and providing training on how to implement and how to evolve protocols to fit with the team structure and practice direction.
Bespoke protocol development
Including but not limited to: creation of a patient journey, cohesive and standardised treatment protocols for common treatments, communication structuring for support staff and scripting your change communication for patients.
Post-training support

After my sessions, I will provide you with:

A personalised patient journey workflow document
Reception Protocol including communication templates
Digital Examination Protocol
Treatment planning protocol guidance and the outline of a live protocol document to start your communication between clinicians
A 6 week follow up zoom meeting to decide on next steps and further support if required

Therapy led protocol implementation packages are bespoke to each practices individual need, based on assessment by myself and in collaboration with the practice management team.
​
Training fees start at £1,400 per day, travel within M25 inclusive.
A follow up call to support with any barriers to change, difficulties experienced and next steps where there are more complex arrangements
