Cancellations
At The Modern Therapist, full payment is required at the time of booking to guarantee your place on our courses. We reserve the right to cancel any course with a week's notice, in which case full refund will be provided. Please note that we do not accept liability for any expenses or costs incurred by the booking party. If you do need to cancel your attendance, you can receive a full refund if you notify us at least four weeks in advance, a 50% refund with two weeks' notice, and no refund will be issued for cancellations made less than two weeks prior to the course date.
